Blessed Virgin Mother of the Revelation, Chittering 11.15am

This is what our Blessed Virgin said on this day:

Rejoice, children of God, as you remember the Saints! Great and manifold is their sanctity which glorifies the Lord, the Father, the Almighty. Reflect on the sanctity of the Church. Holy is the Church on earth because it is the mystical body of the Christ, my son. Jesus is the head of the Church. Without Him the Church has no life. The Church unites with the divine in Jesus, and in the Church each of you can unite with the Lord, sacramentally. Holy, holy, holy is the Church on earth!

The Church baptises you and introduces you into the life everlasting and gifts you with those virtues which make you children of God, the Father, the Almighty.

Some of you say that the Church has not been able to act faithfully, in accordance with the laws of the scriptures. It is true that many are the sins of the members of the Church. But, children of God you must always know that each of you sins while on your pilgrimage to God's Kingdom and that the sins of the many individual persons cannot detract from the holiness of the Church. The holiness of the Church is vested in the truth of the Word which is maintained in the Church by the power of the Holy Spirit of God!

Do not be disheartened when critics label the Church with hypocrisy as they find that the facts of the life of those who of those who proclaim the truth are inferior to the revealed truth. The priest himself may fail the truth which he must proclaim. The ordained duty of the priest is to proclaim the truth of the Revelation.

In the revealed truth lives the holiness of the Church. What you must and can understand is that when the priest proclaims the truth he proclaims facts which are superior to the ability of any person and attainable only with the help of Jesus, my son, the Divine Man, the Saviour!

If what the Church proclaims contradicts the norms of a human society, suffering the consequences of sin, dissociated from Jesus, then consider that the Church invites you to be holy! Do not be misled by arguments of convenience proclaimed by individuals steeped in the misguided ways of the time you live in. Rather shelter in the holiness of the Church where you find the Christ, the Saviour.

Another duty of the baptised person, which I put before you, is to reinforce in your priest the truth that the priest is not just a man like any other man! The priest is different from any other man because he is sacramentally ordained to proclaim the truth and to dispense the sacraments to all those who seek salvation. Not all persons are chosen to perform the same duties!

Seek the Church. Live in the Church, in Jesus.

She smiles and leaves.
