At the brook - about 2.00pm.
As we prepare to say the Rosary, the Blessed Virgin appears. She is again standing in the water and she again stands just in front of the great eye. I am again in awe of the marvellous eye. I cannot look into it despite the great urge that I feel to do just that. I know that I would have to lower my eyes if I did not fasten them on the Blessed Mother. Love, like a great fire pulsates in the secret garden of my soul and I can love the whole world and each person in it, equally. This is great happiness! The Blessed Virgin speaks:
Have you learned all that I have said to you? I would ask that you meditate on these matters before you concentrate on what I say to you today.
Is life past, present and future a sequel of unrelated happenings?
Why does the Father, the Almighty allow the hand which holds the knife of the murderer to plunge into the heart of the innocent victim?
Is all of Creation and each creature the work of God the Father, the Almighty or is some part there the creation of some other person?
I ask you to meditate on this that I have said because man has forgotten and because very few truly understand the faith they profess. The Church is not just another human institution wherefore the rules of the same institution are taken up or discarded according to what is convenient.
The Church is the only guardian of the Word and alone has the obligation to pass on the Word as it was entrusted to her by Jesus, the Lord. It is of the greatest importance that you re-learn that which you profess to believe. Feed your intellect with the truth of the Word and absorb it in your thoughts. If you do this, your actions will be in accord with your faith and it will be difficult for sin to tempt you.
Do not be complacent and above all do not lull your mind by saying that the world is all good and all beautiful. To begin with the world was good, just as each one of you is born good. But there are two worlds on Earth. One is that which shall prevail according to the will of God, the Father, the Almighty and it is good. The other is that which mankind is attempting to superimpose by adopting man-made methods which plan for the continuity of existence. This world is doomed unless it accepts that man is not God, nor can man accomplish his travel separate from God. When a discovery is made, it is no more than a discovery of that which is already there. What is discovered is a step which will enable mankind to go a little higher.
Each discovery is a gift from God, the Almighty, a provision from the bounty of His eternal love, a wonder to man! Take up all the gifts, those you can see and those which are yet a mystery. And when you take them up do not say, "I did this," for such is offensive to God, your Father.
The gifts of the Father are for all, equally. When you take up a gift, ensure that it is used for the benefit of all. While you are free to choose, to practice your free will as to the manner in which you use the gifts, do not expect intervention of the Father to prevent violence committed by man against his innocent brother for even an act of violence is the result of the exercise of the free will. When man commits sin, it is of his will, not God's.
Knowledge of your faith assists man greatly towards wisdom in the exercise of your free will. Let those in authority take note of ignorance amongst you.
Remember that each one of you and all of creation is of God, the Father, the Almighty. He loves you and sustains you even through your ignorance and sin. Call on Jesus to help you at such times when it is difficult for you to recognize right from wrong. Know your faith and seek Jesus, the Lord. Ask Him to make you one with him in the Eucharist. When you approach the Eucharist seek Him with all your heart and mind and be blessed in Him.
She opens her arms to embrace us all, the souls kneeling in the water and on land as far as I can see and us. The Eye begins to ascend taking her in its power.
