The Blessed Virgin Mother of the Revelation, at the Creek, 2.35pm

The day is very warm. Father is considering saying the Mass outside, but in the end it’s decided to say the Mass in the hut. I read the words of the Blessed Mother in December. Dealing with the passing of X_____. Before we start the Holy Rosary, Y____ begs that she may be told of the moment of X____’s passing and who did he see. I understand her heart and as I kneel to pray I hope that the Blessed Mother will accept Y____’s sorrow, her brave acceptance and bring her relief. When she came, again bathed in the light of the eye of God, the Father, the Almighty, I am again in total, serene peace. Our Lady speaks:

Tell Y____ that what she asks has to do with X____. I have said that I have accepted X____ into my hands from the hands of Y____. The Lord called him and he said: “Yes, I come”. We came to X____ in the time of God Almighty. I received him and from me he passed to the Lord Jesus, my son. There is only reason for rejoicing in the passing of X____, for he returned to his Father without hesitation. Y____ must try to understand that X____ has always belonged to his Father and that he was in her care for a short time. All that is created belongs to God, the Father, the Almighty. He gives and He takes away. But always for the good of each and all of this children."

She touches the water, bending. The hems of her robe and veil float in the shallow water. Her hair escapes lightly from the veil at the sides of her face and shines black and gleaming in the light which surrounds her. Looking at her gives me great, great joy. She speaks again:

I wish to tell you that you must be aware at all times of the pitfalls which surround you and which our enemy gives as his legacy to all who live on earth. He tempts each and all of you into evil passions. These passions may be understood to be love. They are not love because they are evil. From these passions you often choose to sin, abominably. Like when a proud person seeks his own glory and the adulation of all men. This person puts himself at the heights of God to whom all glory is due.

You must also beware that passion does not lead you to desire for yourselves that which God has gifted to others. Before any of you gets to say, "I wish that man or that woman were my companion", when they belong to another, or, "Why am I not so lucky as to possess what the other has, his/her money, his/her beauty, his/her success, his/her house or car, or animal, or garden or clothes or his/her experiences or travel or friends or talent and so on and I will get those for myself, at any cost" ask the Lord, my son, to help you for you are in the grip of evil passion.

It is evil passion as well that leads you to unlawful sexual experiences. It is the same passion that confuses your intellect into believing that the passion is love when it is not. The sexual act is created by God to be used in that love which is also the gift of God the Father and which is unconditional love. It is a sacred gift.

Anger is another passion which leads you to hate the creatures whom God loves, including the self. In anger you can slander, you can destroy property, you can kill. Anger in leaders can destroy a society and whole nations. Anger is an exploding passion, internally and externally.

Another evil passion is envy. Envy corrodes the soul. Envy blinds the person to the many gifts which God has assigned to that person. Envy leads to unending and irrational evil scheming, to lies, to slander to hate.

Another evil passion is the desire to fill the body with all foods and drinks in an effort to obtain fullness of satisfaction. A healthy mind knows that satisfaction comes from the partaking of each and every of ……. God's gifts to the fulfilment of the necessity and to achieve health and continuation of life. Sustenance is a gift for each of the children of God. Excessive use of it may deprive the person of health or take that share which belongs to another. Nourishment is not just a tool for pleasure. Nourishment is an essential ingredient for life on earth.

There is another passion which can lead you into pitfalls and it is that which in laziness and sloth restrains you from co-operation with God the Father, the Almighty towards the salvation of all mankind. I have often reminded you all to guard your intellect and to inform your mind with the truth alone in accord with the Word and the Commands of God, the Father, the Almighty.

Evil passions are not from God. They tempt you into contempt for the commands of God if you accept them as part of human nature. Remember that God has created you for goodness. Remember that you are good and that, since your baptism into the family of the children of God, evil passions are offered to you by a deceiving spirit seeking your downfall. Remember that your Father loves you unconditionally and that the Christ has offered you the gift of salvation and the will to reject all that is evil from your behaviour. Call on Jesus to help you in times of confusion and when you fall, as each of you do, repent of your offence.

Pray, children, pray for all the family of God on earth. Pray for these souls who join with you in prayer and who need your prayers to help them to be free of the debts they owe to God's justice. Pray, children, for Salvation is near.

I know that she is about to leave. I prostrate myself to give her honour and to hide from my face the pain I feel each time she departs.
